Membership terms

Last updated 30 July 2026

These are the terms between you and Exercise Prescription when you use the member hub. They're written in plain English on purpose — being clear with you matters more to us than sounding official.

Who's who

“We” and “us” means Exercise Prescription Limited (company number 13947123, registered in England and Wales; registered office: Basepoint Business Centre, Little High Street, Shoreham-by-Sea, BN43 5EG) — Tracey's company, operating from The Stray, South Cave, Hull, HU15 2AN. “You” means the member holding the account. Questions about any of this: Tracey@exercise-prescription.co.uk.

Your membership

Your membership level decides what you can see and join in the hub — the on-demand library, live classes, nutrition content, personal training and so on. What each level includes, and what it costs, is always shown before you commit to it.

At the moment, payment is arranged directly with Tracey. When online card payment launches, memberships will renew automatically each month until cancelled, and you'll be able to manage your payment details from your account page.

Cancelling

You can cancel your membership at any time — no awkward conversation required. Your access continues to the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again after that. If you cancel an online purchase within 14 days of buying and haven't used it, you're entitled to a refund under consumer law.

One-to-one personal training sessions have their own cancellation terms, agreed when you start training: in short, 24 hours' notice to cancel a session without charge, and if Tracey has to cancel you can rebook or be refunded. If illness, surgery or bereavement means you need a break, your membership can be paused for up to three months — just ask.

Express class blocks are booked and paid for as a whole six-week series. Once the series has started, weeks you don't attend aren't refunded — the place is held for you either way, and the block is priced as a course rather than session by session. If something significant gets in the way, talk to Tracey.

Health and safety — please read this one

Tracey specialises in training people living with health conditions, and the hub is built with that in mind. Even so:

  • The content in the hub — videos, plans, recipes, chat replies — is general guidance, not medical advice, and doesn't replace your GP, consultant or specialist team.
  • If you have a health condition, are recovering from illness or surgery, or haven't exercised in a while, check with your doctor before starting.
  • You know your body. If something hurts, feels wrong, or you feel unwell during exercise — stop. If it's serious, call 999.
  • Exercise carries some inherent risk, and by using the hub you accept the ordinary risks of physical activity. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law says it can't be limited — for example, for injury caused by our own negligence.

Your account

Your account is yours: keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has been using it. Where Tracey has agreed a household arrangement (for example, two people in one home sharing a class series), that's fine — otherwise memberships are for one person.

The content

The videos, training plans, recipes and other materials in the hub belong to Exercise Prescription. They're for your own personal use as a member — please don't copy them, share them outside your household, or re-stream them. If your membership includes downloadable guides, the same applies: yours to keep and use, not to pass around.

Live classes and online sessions

Live classes and online PT run over Zoom. Cameras are encouraged so Tracey can keep an eye on your form, but they're your choice. Be on time if you can, be kind to fellow members, and wear something you can move in.

The chat assistants

The hub's AI assistants are there for everyday fitness and nutrition questions. They're genuinely useful, but they're software: they can get things wrong, and they're not a substitute for Tracey or your medical team. Anything important — especially about your health — take to a human.

Fair use

Use the hub as it's meant to be used. Don't attempt to access other members' information, other membership levels' content, or the admin area. We can suspend an account that's being misused, though we'd always rather have a conversation first.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters — pricing, what's included, cancellation — we'll tell you before it takes effect, and you can cancel if you don't like the change. Small clarifications may just be updated here.

The legal bit

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute would be handled by the courts there. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under UK consumer law.
